By subscribing to Builders Digital Showcase by Esposa Designs, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're straightforward.
Esposa Designs provides monthly gallery curation and management for builders and remodelers. You text us job photos; we curate, upload, and maintain your branded project gallery. The service is delivered on a month-to-month subscription basis at $129/month.
By sending us photos, you confirm that you own the rights to those images or have permission to use them. You grant Esposa Designs a non-exclusive license to curate, edit, and display your photos within your gallery. We will not use your photos for any purpose outside of your gallery without your explicit written consent.
We will maintain your gallery on an ongoing basis as long as your subscription is active. Response times and upload turnaround are handled on a rolling basis — we aim to have new photos uploaded within 3 business days of receipt.
You can cancel anytime by texting or emailing us. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, your gallery access may be suspended. Esposa Designs reserves the right to terminate service for any reason with written notice.
Esposa Designs is not liable for any loss of business, lost contracts, or indirect damages arising from use or unavailability of the service. Our total liability to you in any month will not exceed the amount paid for that month's service.
Plain English: We do the work, you own your photos, you can cancel whenever. We're not responsible for outcomes beyond the gallery itself.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use publicly available photos and business names to create demo galleries for the purpose of showcasing our service. By subscribing to Esposa Designs, you agree that your gallery and business name may be featured on the Esposa Designs Showcase at showcase.esposadesigns.com. If you would like your public gallery removed, contact us at hello@esposadesigns.com.
